1. 23rd January, 1653. Surrender

1 Margaret Hughe, widow of Edward ap Edward of Minera, co. Denbigh.

2 Owen Jones of Northop, co. Flint, yeoman

One parcel of meadow land in the township of MINERA, called yr werglodd yr kelin, now in her occupation, which she held for her life under John Vaughan of Dudleston, co. Salop., gent.

2. n.d. Abstract of Title of Mr. Crookhall to a messuage in WOODCHURCH, 1681-1772. 5pp.

3. 20th June, 1760. Receipt for £1. 16s. from the Rev. Mr. John Crookhall. Signed: Roger Topping.

4. 17th May, 1759, Liverpool. Agreement by Mr. Peter Pemberton agent for Miss Ann Robinson of the City of Chester, with the Rev. Mr. John Crookhall, Rector of Woodchurch, co. Chester to execute a conveyance in consideration of £55.

Messuage, outbuildings and garden in WOODCHURCH, in the possession of Charles Worrall as undertenant..
