2. Thomas Reynolds late of Bradford co Worcs yeoman and John Reynolds late of the same yeoman
3. William Bridgen of Bridgnorth gentleman and William Penson of Bridgnorth surgeon
Recital of the judgment against Thomas Reynolds to secure £300, Michaelmas 1696 (see 1045/255).
Robert Stringer died intestate. Letters of administration granted to Anne PCC (Sarah wife of Thomas Reynolds having first renounced her right). Anne is therefore entitled to his £40
John Reynolds of Northwood and Joseph Stringer in Hillary 4 Anne took out an execution on the said judgment and an inquisition was taken and one moiety of the estate (a moiety of the mill, millhouse, 2 gardens, 1 orchard, 1 hempyard, 2 parcels of wood ground) in Chorley called the Great and Little Coppice) were entended but the debt was not levied
The Stringers exhibited a bill in Chancery Michaelmas 1714 and was referred to Mr Meller one of the Masters to take account what was due to the plts for their respective portions and interest - the total came to £293.4.8
Consideration: £293.4.8 and £30 towards the cost of the suit - total £323.4.8 paid by Bridgen to the 1st parties
