1. James Pratt of Bellington in the parish of Chaddesley Corbett gent. and Richard Pratt of Winchester apothecary and Jeremiah Pratt of London gent. and Sarah his wife.

Richard Colley of Kidderminster mercer.

Recital of 17 May 1759 (1) Richard Colley (2) Elizabeth Pratt the younger.

Cons: £500 Demise of a capital messuage or place where the same lately stood called St. Johns in the Low Town in the parish of St. Mary Magdalen, Bridgnorth (formerly Lancelot Taylor gent, after in possession of Richard Cresswell esq. decd. late John Brooke, Thomas Gitton and William Cureton) in all 2 acres, 3 roods, extending E from Mill Street to a hedge which divided the premises from a parcel land late parcel of it, then the property of Gitton called the Tree Piece or Elm Tree Piece; for term of 1000 years by way of mortgage.

29 Sept 1762 (1) Richard Colley (2) Elizabeth Pratt.

Cons: the mortgage and a further £700. Surcharge on premises Elizabeth Pratt died leaving a will appointing James Pratt, Richard Pratt and Sarah wife of Jeremiah Pratt (then Sarah Pratt spinster) joint executors.

Cons: 5s. apiece paid by White to the Pratt.

Assignment of the mortgaged premises to White for remainder of term of 1000 years in trust for Colley and heirs to attend reversion. Covenant that the property has not been encumbered by them since the death of Elizabeth Pratt. Colley has contracted for the sale of all the premises.
