These papers include three letters from D Macfarlane of The Ray Society and W T Stearn of British Museum (Natural History) and two loan receipts regarding the loan of one of Simpson's books John Ray's 'Synopsis Methodica Stirpium Britannicarum' (1724). There are also three notes and one list entitled 'Manuscript Note in Ray's Synopsis'. -
