Deedpoll, quitclaim.
(1) Elizabeth Hinde of Williamscot Oxon., widow, executrix of late husband Wm. Hinde of Hampton Gay Oxon., esq. who was exor. of late father Thos. Hinde of Priors Marston Warks., gent. who was one of exors. of Sam. Hinde of London, gent.
(2) John Farndon
Wm. Ward both of Wolston Warks., gents., exors. of Rich. Hinde of Lilburn Nhant, gent. who was other exor. of Sam. Hinde.
(1) accounts with (2) re. personal estate of Sam. Hinde and charges concerning executorship, nevertheless desperate debts remained owing to Sam. Hinde at his death of which half belong to (1), now (1) quitclaims to (2) all actions & demands re. executorship of Sam. Hinde except above half of desperate debts due to (1).
