Contents.
ff. 1-3. Recipes.
4. "The ages of my children as it shall please Allmighty God they have or shall happen". [Jas, Digby 1653-8. His second son, John, was born on St. Anthony's day "therefore when he is confirmed he may recompense what we failed in."
7. A note to gather the fifteens by after 5d. the score for sheepe [3d. a cow] copied out of an old book.

8. The lay for the provision as yt is in equally laid this year 1616, --- so that by this summinge yt plainly appeereth howe I am overraught by my tenauntes.
