Lease by the mayor etc., of Newport to James Reynolds, of their parcel of ground lying on the north east side of the haven of Newport within the liberty of the same, with the dock enclosed let on lease by the Bailiffs and constables to one John Bildome (See NBC/1/221) which extends to the water-course coming from St. Cross mill towards the haven on the south west, together with several tenements.

New lease created on surrender of lease to James Grantham of Newport, innholder, since deceased, on 7 August 1707.

[Reynolds shall bear, pay and discharge all dues, duties, taxes and payments, which shall be due or payable for or in respect of the premises]
