Sir George Cooke, of Wheatley, bart., to Cornelius Jennings, of Bentley, yeoman.
Tithes of Bentley, except the tithes of the glebe land and of the Poors' Land which latter is now leased to Sir George Cooke et al., and of other lands of Cooke. From Easter last past to Easter 1787. Annual rent of £98; and thraves of straw for litter and a sack of small corn called hinder ends for feeding poultry to be paid annually at the vicarage at Arksey for the vicar's use.
