-copy of a letter written by Waterhouse to Nordenfalk, dated 17 November 1954, concerning the following three works by Reynolds: 'Euphrosyne'; 'Sir Thomas Mills' and 'The Hop Pickers'
-letter from Ian Macdonald Horobin, dated 15 July 1955, concerning a portrait
-letter from Helen Davey, Smith College Museum of Art, dated 13 March 1961, concerning a Reynolds sketchbook in the Furse collection and other sketchbooks of Reynolds
