Great Goulding Hey, Little Goulding hey, the sea Flatts and the meadow cd. the Sedggie Meadow, also in the Manor of Lordship of FRADESHAM, 2 acres of enclosed ground parcel of the waste in WOODHOUSES cd. the Greenes and 6 cowgates in a gt. pasture in FRADESHAM cd. the Lordshipp Marsh, all now in holding of the sd. Richard Nangreave; for lives of sd. Richard Nangreave, Samuel Nangreave his brother and Edward Nangreave son of the sd. Richard, at annual rent of 37/10, heriot of best beast or good or £5 and 2 rent capons or 2/-. Cons. surrender of former lease and £60.
