Endorsed with a memorandum of an indenture of 1919 conveying to William Henry Simmons the house occupied by John Standlake with the closet erected near the back gate, reserving to Ann Bowden Vening the right to use the trapdoor in the roof in order to repair the roof of the neighbouring house
