Recites document CH/CN/I/11 and that the principal is still due but all interest has been paid. Recites that 1. has agreed to sell the premises to 3. Now, in consideration of £200 paid to 2. at the direction of 1. in full discharge of the mortgage debt and £200 paid by 3. to 1. 1. releases to 3. premises as document CH/CN/I/8 now held by Arthur Wilson. 2. confirms this conveyance.
