Recited that D.M. had left his home at Cardrew in Redruth, deserting his wife Jane and his children Daniel, Grace, Isaac, Jane and Martin chargeable to Redruth, and that D.M. had some property: order made to seize the property, a tenement at Grearn bottom in Kenwyn so that the rents and profits might offset expenses in respect of his wife and children. 2s. 6d. weekly to be paid from the property to Redruth.

Under order of 13 June last on ancient footpath in Madron leading from Boswodnan to Madron Churchtown to be diverted. Jonathan Hall of Madron, yeoman, said on oath that a statutory notice had been put up beside the footpath; and had been inserted in Royal Cornwall Gazette for three weeks, and also posted at church door on three successive Sundays: order confirmed.
