Bridgen or his attornies have lately contracted for the sale of property to several persons

Witnesses:- Thomas Winwood of Bristol merchant, Charles Dekay master of Brigg William of New York, Miles Sherbrooke of New York merchant, Jo. a Edwards of New York merchant; Richard Varick, Mayor of the City of New York certifies that one of the witnesses Joshua Edwards deposed to the signing by Catharine Bridgen as a voluntary act, 19 February 1792; Adrain Kissain, Notary Public for the state of New York certifies that Ricahrd Varrick was Mayor, 19 May 1792; certificate by 2 other notaries that Adrain Kissam is a public notary, 19 May 1792, John Kees, D.Colden

Copy attested 30 July 1792 by Plowden Presland, J. Duneau, clerks to Messrs Marshall and Lewis.
