The contents of the file comprise three series of regular accounts, as follows:
M. R. Boulton Disbursements accounts. (1-15)
Cash and Bills Received accounts. (16-30)
Farm Expenditure accounts. (31-60)
These were formerly in one chronological sequence, but they have now been separated into three. Each account covers a period starting on a Monday and ending on a Saturday, except where stated otherwise. -
