Conveyance: for £58: John Tyson of Greedygate in Broughton, mariner, to Robert Tipping of Copthall Court, London, gent. -- closes near Heckleriggs in Broughton called the two Buskgreens (2 ac.) adjoining to Miss Gilpin's Buskgreens and to the marsh on the northeast side of the river Duddon; also three-quarters of the hay or forecrop from a parcel of meadow in a close called Kirkhall called the meadow above the church lying between the Churchyard and Sykehouse (1 ac.) --
