16/12/1975: '2-10 Coton Lane' two prints by City Engineer's Department, reference number X24278 annotated [3' and X24279 annotated '2'. These show the 'Green Bengal Restaurant', 'Tower Vacuum Engineers', 'Tracks 'n' Grooves Records', 'Trade Inn Den: Electrical Goods bought, sold or part exchanged'. A sign states that these premises have been acquired on behalf of clients for conversion to shops with flats above by N.G. Nelson & Co, Incorporated Auctioneers and Valuers of 10 Coton Lane. Shown are an Austin Maxi [registration EEH 186J], Hillman Hunter [JJF 230L] and Volkswagen Beetle [EOC 767D]. -
