Mortgage from Esther Woolaston of Pebworth widow, William Woolaston of the same yeoman, Thomas Woolaston of Admington in Quinton, co. Gloucs., labourer, John Woolaston of Marston Sicca, co. Gloucs., weaver and Mary Godfree wife of Joseph Godfree of Pebworth to William Medus of the same yeoman, by demise for 1000 years at a peppercorn rent, of a messuage and one half quarter of a yardland and common of pasture for one cow in Pebworth lately purchased of Robert Tomlins and Mary his wife to whom it had been sold by George Orton and Elizabeth his wife, to secure £60.
