3. Edward Howard of Maddox Street, Hanover Square, Middx, gent. (a Trustee nominated on behalf of 2.)
SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: In consideration of £600 paid to 1. by 2. 1. grants to 2. for the natural life of 1. the annuity of £100 payable quarterly in the common dining hall of Lincolns Inn on the 6th of May, August, November and February in every year.
In consideration of the further sum of 5/0 paid to 1. by 3. 1. assigns to 3. in trust similar to those in cat. no. Hey/III/ii/1.
