Description

Barn, farm and land called Cripses, Taylors, Puge Mead otherwise Wellifield and a copyhold messuage and three pieces of land and a piece of wood in Ewhurst and Sedlescombe, occupied by Robert Bird and Thomas Chittenden, to his eldest son Henry Barnes

Copyhold land surrendered to the use of his will and the farm in jointure on his wife Ann to his brothers-in-law Richard Weller of Salehurst and John Goreham of Salehurst, yeoman, in trust for sale for the payment of his debts, the education of his younger children Francis, John, Elizabeth and Mary
