Draft Statement of Facts agreed upon by the Executors of the Will of the late Mrs. Whitmore of the one part and Captain T. C. Douglas Whitmore of the other part and submitted for the consideration and decision of - by whose decision both parties have agreed to be bound.
Dispute over £1200 Jointure rent charge on lands in Stockton, under marriage Settlement 1811, annuity of £1200 left to Catherine Whitmore by will of husband Thomas Whitmore, 21 June 1833, and her life interest in Cotsbrook, Stockton, undercodicil of 5 July 1839.
Mrs. C. W. accepted reduced annuity of £1600 p.a., to ease burden of incumbrances on son's and grandson's estate, but claimed full amount when decision taken to sell estate 1867.
