- report to Committee of County Medical Officer of Health;

- communications from Ministry of Home Security regarding: detection and reporting of unexploded bombs and shells; New Year's Message from Minister; Shelterer's Campaign; loss or wages by unpaid part-time Civil Service volunteers; fire prevention;

- communications from Fire Brigades Division of Home Office regarding: exchanges of personnel; Auxiliary Fire Service (Discipline) Rules 1940;

- communications from Senior Regional Officer regarding: reports of crashed aircraft; unexploded parachute mines; small

- yellow unexploded bombs; damaged water mains; assistance to RAF Stations; Regional Commissioner's Christmas Message;

Wardens' Post at Pyghtle Farm, 26 Station Road, Tempsford;

County Air Raid Precautions filing system; Wardens' Post at 4 Station Road, Tempsford; use of basement of 16 High Street, Sandy as an air raid shelter;
