(a) LETTER by Saml Rowe from Malpas to Randle Wilbraham Esq., jun., at Rode Heath, Lawton, saying (i) that enclosed was a note from a Mrs King at Leamington who was applying for Gresford Lodge but had apparently given up the idea now, and (ii) that he had been at Gresford yesterday and had let the [Miles] etc to the Williams for £82, and (iii) that overleaf was a copy of a letter to Mr. Wright.
(b) LETTER (Signed Copy) of 21. Feb. 1844, by Saml Rowe concerning Mrs Egerton's meadow leased at £80 being manured with bone & guano.
