Whereby, having recited: firstly, that Samuel Jee (of Bulkington, Warws., farmer, deceased) by his 15th. Oct., 1803 will gave to his son William (begotten upon Ann Hewitt) all his estate (wherever he might have settled) with remainder to the children of the testator's sister who was the wife of John Bawdicott (so that George Bawdicott (described in 1841 as of Foleshill, Coventry, labourer) would receive two-thirds and Mary Bawdicott the rest); and secondly, that William Jee was mad: therefore G. Bawdicott, Samuel Smith (of [Walsgrave-on-Sowe, Coventry, weaver) and Thomas Stringer jun. (of Coventry, weaver) are bound to William Wright (of Keresley, Coventry, farmer) in £100 for the loan to G. Bawdicott (who undertakes to execute any further security) of £50 with £5% p.a. interest.
