Abstract of title of Harry Lancelot Lee esq to tithes 18 and 19 February 1703/4

1. James Grove of Pool Hall esq and the Hon Ann Grove his wife

2. James Munday esq serjeant at law and Mary his wife

3. Nathaniel Pigot esq, Sir Francis Andrew bart and Dame Bridget his wife

4. The Hon John Gray, Sir Robert Davers bart, Thomas Tyrer and Thomas Folkes gentlemen

5. Gray James Grove esq son and heir of James, and the Hon Penelope his wife one of the daughters and coheiresses of the Rt Hon Thomas late Lord Jermyn deed

6. Westney Grove 2nd son, and Braborne Grove youngest son of James

Lease and release of hereditaments including the rectory and tithes, to use of Gray James for life, trustees, Penelope for life, James son and heir of Gray James and Penelope, othersons, trustees for 500 years, Gray James his heirs male general, Westney in tail male, Braborne in tail male, Gray James in fee; term of 500 years in trust to raise £5000 if no sons for daughters or if no daughters to pay as Gray James by will or deed shall appoint

4. Sir Jermyn Davers bart and John Hall gentleman Gray James gas undertaken to pay debts of his son amounting to £600 and upward. To barr estates tail. Deed to lead recovery to uses, term of 500 years to raise £1000
