(1) Wm. Wilson, weaver.
(2) Solomon Warner, yeo. both of Warwick.
Reciting lease by Rich. Weale as in (2) above dated 2 Jan. 1660/1 to (1) of premises as in deed above (then in tenure of Epiphany Hill) for term of 27 years at 20s. per annum rent, now for £23 (1) to (2) premises as above for remainder of lease.
