2. Thomas Boulton of Oldbury near Bridgnorth esq and Elizabeth his wife
3. John Hinton of Much Wenlock gentleman
4. Humphrey Hinton, Thomas Pardoe, Purton of Faintree esq and the Rev John Purton of Oldbury clerk
Humphrey Hinton as surviving trustee with the consent of the Boultons appointed the 4th parties as trustees in place of Pryce and Collins, and released the property to them Wellings and Griffiths surrender a messuage formerly Brights and another messuage formerly Baker's and a parcel meadow called the Beach meadow, to which they were admitted 8 January 1849, to use of Thomas Pardoe Purton and John Purton, who were admitted to each
