Right and left hand indentures of a fine levied at Westminster on the quindene of St. Martin's, 7 Charles I, between David Bull, gent., plaintiff, and John Francklyn', knight, and Elizabeth his wife, and Robert Roberts, clerk, and Jane his wife, deforciants, of four messuages, eight gardens, fifty acres of land, eight acres of meadow, eight of pasture, ten acres of field and heath and common of pasture in Stevichall, alias Stichall; and the said John, Elizabeth, Robert and Jane recognize the said property to be the right of the said David as by their gift; and for this the said David gives 160 pounds.
