Parties 1) Elizabeth Austin of Road Enstone, widow. 2) Edward Hood of Chipping Norton, innkeeper. 3) Alfred Adolphus Webb of Road Enstone, engineer. roperty: Messuage with appurtenances, in New Street, Chipping Norton, formerly held by Henry Parish, weaver then by Charles Roffe, then by James Gibbs, then by George Williams, John Gill and Samuel Castle and now by Francis Wells, butcher, with a cottage formerly of Robert Hall, now of his widow on the west and a cottage of Joseph Quatermaine on the east side; and small piece of ground now used as a yard or back way to the messuage and adjoining to it and now held by Francis Wells. Consideration: £125 paid to 2. in full discharge of the mortgage, and £25 paid to 1. by 3. Recites that Thomas Austin made a will dated 15 Sept.1856 whereby he devised all his estates to his wife, 1., whom he appointed executrix.
