Conveyance by lease and release from Henry Tomes of Southam, joiner and carpenter (son and heir of Richard Tomes, late of Snitterfield, yeoman, deceased, himself the son and heir of John Tomes late of Snitterfield, yeoman) Josiah Tomes of Southam, cordwainer, his brother, and Mary Tomes of Southam, widow, their mother, to Thomas Cookes of Billesley, gentleman, for £500, of a messuage with three-quarters of a yardland and one Lammas close of pasture, now or late in the tenures of Michael Clarke and Thomas Moore; also a messuage and malthouse in Snitterfield in the tenure of John Green, two tenements in the tenures of John Lock and John Hill, and a moiety of a messuage and lands in Snitterfield in the tenure of Thomas Moore.
Bond to perform covenants enclosed.
