Abstract of title (1816) of the late Thomas Hall to a farm at Newnham in the parish of Aston Cantlow, commencing with indentures of lease and release, dated 22 and 23 April 1707, between Edward Perkes of Newnham, yeoman, of the one part and Samuel Munger of Shelfield in Aston Cantlow, yeoman, and John Baker of the same, gentleman, of the other part; and ending with a mortgage, dated 27 March 1806, from Thomas Hall to Thomas Lea and Samuel Heely of Birmingham, gun-maker.
