Jury: Charles Harris, gent., Edward Grigg, John Harry, Thomas Lobb, Samuel Philp, John Bond, Charles Gibbs, Thomas Pearce, William Perry, William Warne, John Trebilcock, William Thomas, Walter Treleaven, Charles Saunder, John Hamley.

Henry Mark, constable of St Keverne, appeared to answer appeal made by William Menadue against order of distraint for 17s. 2d. in favour of Prudence Roberts of St Keverne; Menadue did not appear: costs of £1 6s. 8d. awarded to Mark.

Michael and Mary Curnow of Towednack, having failed to prosecute their appeal against orders of distraint in favour of Jane and Roger Renoden: ordered to pay costs of £1 6s. 8d.

Joanna Berryman of Towednack, spinster; convicted of stealing a pair of stockings from Arthur Uren: to be privately whipped.

Richard Maunder; lately committed as a rogue and vagabond: to be admonished, receive the discipline of the house, and be discharged.

Mark Marks; unable to find sureties to answer indictment for assault and misdemeanour: to remain in custody.
