Marriage settlement on the marriage of Rev G H Ray to Alicia Elizabeth J Coghill, between John Ray and Elizabeth Sutton Ray of Heanor Hall, Rev G H Ray of Kirklington, Yorks, clerk, Sir Josiah Coghill Coghill bart, a vice-admiral in Her Majesty's fleet, Alicia Elizabeth Judith Coghill, one of his daughters, and Rev Henry Western Plumptre of Eastwood, Notts, clerk and Mark Huish of Harlesden House Middlesex, esquire, (trustees), by which John Ray has assigned to the trustees the sum of £5000 and interest to the use of G. H. Ray, and also Sir J.C. Coghill has assigned to the trustees one eighth share in several trust estates and premises subject to the trusts in an indenture of 26 April 1819 in trust for A.E.J. Coghill; all the money to be invested by the trustees: endorsed: schedule of deeds and appointment of a new trustee,
