1. The Reverend Richard Mallinson of Arkholme, Melling co. Lancaster, clerk, John Holgate of Burton in Lonsdale, West Riding, co. York, gent. and Thomas Harpur Whitaker of Kirkby Lonsdale, surgeon.

2. Thomas Eastham of Kirkby Lonsdale, gent.

3. Joseph Gibson of Whelprigg, Kirkby Lonsdale, esq.

Recital:- indenture, 19 April 1854.

1. Thomas Eastham.

2. Richard Mallinson, John Holgate and Thomas Harpur Whitaker, trustees for themselves and other creditors of (1).

3. Various creditors of (1).

Premises: [as below] with other hereditaments;

- To (2) upon trust to sell and use money as directed;

- Premises offered at auction;

- Joseph Gibson highest bidder for premises (including timber) free from land tax.

Premises: as in [WD WHELP 4/T 38].

Covenants include: (4) states that wife will not be entitled to dower.

Consideration: £120.

Witnesses: James Pearson, F Fenwick Pearson.
