40 horse power double-acting crank engine, with [32½ inch cylinder], 6 foot stroke, parallel motion, [cast iron beam, cast iron connecting rod].Reverse plans and sections of the engine and boiler houses and boiler, plan of the tunnel; sections and plan of the proposed new mill, showing floors, shafts, engine house etc.; plan of the mill sent by Wren & Bennett, Nov. 1840, showing boiler and engine house, roads etc.; coloured plan and section of the engine house by Wren & Bennett, Dec. 1840. The reverse drawings bear letter codes.
