Middlesex, gentleman, and Alfred Heasman, formerly of Angmering and since of Lyminster, gentleman, to (d) Arthur David White of 56 Chancery Lane, City of London, gentleman

Plan included
Recites: (i) 10 March 1860. Mortgage in Fee Simple in consideration of £15,000, of the said piece of land, together with certain other property, from (a) Richard Cosens to (b) George Olliver since deceased, William Beckwith since deceased, and the said Edwin Henty and Richard Holmes
(ii) 24 July 1865. Assignment of the sum of £7,000, part of the said mortgage debt of £15,000, from (a) the said William Beckwith, Edwin Henty, and Richard Holmes to (b) the said Alexander King, Frederick Padwick, and Thomas Evans, and Release of the said piece of land, with other property, from (a) the said William Beckwith, Edwin Henty, and Richard Holmes, at the request of (b) the said Richard Cosens, to (c) the said Alexander King, Frederick Padwick, and Thomas Evans to the use of (d) the said William Beckwith, Edwin Henty, Richard Holmes, Alexander King, Frederick Padwick, and Thomas Evans
(iii) 24 January 1866. Assignment of Mortgage in Fee Simple, in consideration of £1,400, of the said piece of land, from (a) William Case, James Godwin Martin, and Edward Martin, at the request of (b) the said Richard Cosens, to (c) the said Alexander King, Frederick Padwick, and Thomas Evans, this sum being the residue remaining on account of two sums of £700 and £1100 secured by deeds dated 5 February 1834 and 23 May 1835 between Richard Cosens the elder and Edward Martin, and of a certain other mortgage debt of £600 secured on other premises
(iv) Will and Codicils of the said Richard Cosens as described in Add. Mss. 28,660
(v) That the principal sum of £8,000 had been paid to the said Edwin Henty and Richard Holmes, and that the principal sums of £7,000 and £1,400 had been paid to the said Alexander King, Frederick Padwick, and Thomas Evans, but no reconveyance had been executed of the said property
(vi) That, pursuant to the trusts contained in the said Will, the said George Cosens Coote, George Crouch, Richard Holmes, William Cosens and Alfred Heasman had agreed with the said Arthur David White for the sale to him of the said piece of land
(vii) That the above recited indentures related not only to the said piece of land, but also to other hereditaments of greater value which had since been sold by the said George Cosens Coote, George Crouch, Richard Holmes, William Cosens, and Alfred Heasman to George Woodbridge of East Lavant and Arthur Elliot Woodbridge of Woodcote, Wasthampnett, farmers
