Feoffment de capitali domino with Warranty contra omnes gentes and power of attorney for entry possession and livery of seisin to James Legh son of Reginald and William Bradley of Lydyate; in a messuage with its appurtenances now held by John Bromehall on lease in the town of Baudon' co.Derb' called le Wasshe, which Reginald and Richard lately had by grant from Hugh Creswell. Endorsed: certificate of livery of seisin, date same, by William Bradley of the lydyate attorney for Raynold Legh of the blakebrucke to Olyver Hurst of Ponyngton', at Bawdon' in the Conte of Derby in the presence of Sir Rafe Crosle, Sir Richard Clerke, prestes; Thomas Baudon'; John Kyrke; George Backesha; Robert Bayly.
