(1) Rev. Robert Lowe of Bingham and wife Ellen
(3) & (3) as above
(1) revo e settlement of Car Colston estate as endorsed on above deed dated 20 Feb 1833. (1) now settle Car Colston estate on their three daughters Ellen, Elizabeth and Margaret for life and then on Robert and Frederick their younger sons for life and finally on Henry Porter Lowe.
Sigs., seals of (1). Parch.
To (3) in trust for use of R.L. and E.P. and their heirs, as directed.
Endorsed with deed dated 20 Feb 1833, settling estates on children of Robert Lowe.
