Lance-Corporal Dennis William Bunting was the son of William and Sarah Amy Watson-Hough Bunting of Codnor, Derbyshire. He served in the 18th Div. Sigs., Royal Corps of Signals (Reg. No. 2335222). He died from Avitaminosis on February 24th 1944 aged 24, and was buried in Chungkai War Cemetery in Thailand.
