Dorset: Manors of Frome Quinton, Evershotte and Belchaldwell.

Berks.: Manor of Wolfynes or Whitewalkam, and the bailliwick of Tuchine or Fynes.

Middx.: Manors of Cowley als. Cowley Peachee, of Dormanswell, Southall, Norcotte and Norwoodd, and lands in Cowley, Colham and Hillingdon, Hayes, Northall, Southall, Norwood, Osterley and Twickenham.

City of Westminster: Messuage called Dacre House, 2 messuages and tenements in Chanon Row, in occ. of Sir Walter Waller, kt., and Edward More, esq.

Sussex: Manor of Barwycke and other lands.

Yorks.: Manors of Braynesburton, Woodeshill, Elerbye and Thirkelbye, and lands.

a) agrees to stand seised of the premises to the use of herself, and her heirs, saving the reversion in fee simple to her and her heirs for ever.
