Lease and release the release being a mortgage from Michael Pettipher of Pebworth blacksmith to Francis Chattaway of Studley gent, reciting nos. 27-8, 34 and 35, for £200, and a surrender from John Smith of Evesham, co. Worcs., miller to the said Francis Chattaway of a term of years in a mortgage, reciting nos. 36 and 28, for £500, of those two allotments in Pebworth containing 30 acres 1 rood 8 perches and 7 acres 2 roods 33 perches (boundaries specified).
