Description

On 1st May 30 Charles II (1678) at the City of Hereford, he took 2 cartloads of lead oare 2 cartloads of other lead oare and 1000 lbs. of lead worth £5, of More's proper goods and chattels.

Edward Lord Herbert (by his attorney Owan Milner) defended the case.
