Compensation of £1330 over ironstone in Brotton awarded by Percy Stephens and Henry Thomas Peirson after agreement dated 13 Apr 1907 made between
1) George Barrow Darby and Hugh James Barrow Darby
2) Bell Brothers Limited.
With plan. Includes letter to H. Palmer, Eston Mines Office from T. E. Parrington concerning Barrow Royalty dated 21 May 1935 with copy of letter from Iliffe, Sweet and Co. to M. W. Parrington and son concerning Darby Minerals 20 May 1935. Also includes receipt for £1000 from Bell Brothers as compensation for damage dated 19 Aug 1907.
