Description (What the record is about)
-
Distressed that Miss Thompson at Women's Freedom League office should have hurt her feelings by criticism of members taking part in demonstration, but not typical of views of League as a whole, as proved by resolution at Annual Conference. Hopes Mrs Solomon might later come to their meetings and speak at them. Meantime urges her not to take part in any more demonstrations at present; knows how ready she is to sacrifice her life, but this may not be the right time.
