Description

Parties 1) Joseph Higgins of Chipping Norton, staymaker. 2) Abraham Quatermaine of Chipping Norton, staymaker, nephew of 1. Property: Messuage with appurtenances in New St., Chipping Norton, on the north side of the street, late held by Samuel Hodge; and 2 cottages contiguous to the messuage and now held by Samuel Hodge and James Roberts. Consideration: £120 paid by 2. and of £65 to be paid to 1. by 2. Notes: 1 appoints Daniel Hodgkins of Chipping Norton as his attorney to deliver seisin.
