1) Thomas Marshall of 19 Maitland Park Road, Haverstock Hill, Hampstead, Middlesex, gentleman.
2) Thomas Glover of Tring, Hertford, grocer, and Mary his wife.
3) George Butcher of Aylesbury, banker, and Fanny Elizabeth, his wife.
4) William Nicholls of Aylesbury, cornfactor.
Messuage in Temple Street, Aylesbury, with yard and outbuildings, in occupation of John Bates, formerly of James Henry Marshall, deceased, and previously of John Marshall, deceased, with said messuage was purchased by (1) from Thomas Berry, and part of which said outbuildings and yard from the assignees of Francis Loggins, a bankrupt, which said messuage, yard and outbuildings are bounded on N. or N.W. by premises of Melitz James Vines Grinnell and on S. or S.W. by premises belonging to John William Reader.
Recites:
(a) That the aforesaid property was bequeathed to Thomas Marshall, Mary Glover and Fanny Elizabeth Butcher, to be equally divided between and amongst them, by the will of their father James Henry Marshall, dated 8 Feb. 1866 and proved in district registry of J.M. Court of Probate at Oxford on 15 August 1874 by his executors Thomas Marshall, Thomas Glover and George Butcher and that James Henry Marshall died on 2 July 1874
(b) that the aforesaid property was bequeathed to James Henry Marshall, 3rd son of John Marshall [late of Amersham, gentleman,] by his will dated 29 August 1827, that the will was proved in Prerogative Court of Canterbury 8 Nov. 1828 and that John Marshall died 29 Aug. 1827.
Consideration: £415 paid by (4) to (1)(2) and (3).
