Conveyance under the land tax redemption acts by Walter Savage Landor of the city of Bath, esq., with the authority of two commissioners of stamps and taxes to Robert Knight of Barrels, co. Warwick, esq., and Edward Cooper the younger of Henley-in-Arden, same county, agent, his nominal trustee, in consideration of £22 of a strip of waste land in the parish of Ipsley.

Witnesses: Wm: Challen, householder, Bath, Joseph Timm, solicitor, of stamps & taxes, Joseph Sharp, butler to Mr. Knight, C.J. Noble, solicitor, Henley-in-Arden.
