A piece of land at and near the upper part of Coalbrookdale, bounded on E. by a dwelling house and garden of David Ellis, on W. by land of Joseph Reynolds (Sarah Dunbar), on N. by a footroad from Lightmoor to Coalbrookdale, and on S. by a coppice or woodland of Joseph Reynolds - the Dale Coppice - in length E. to W 23 yds, in breadth N to S 28 yds - in all 644 sq yds (now Andrew Langford) shown on the map in the margin.
To hold to Andrew Langford from 25 March for 99 yrs. Rent: 20/- p.a. and 5/- p.a. for every house, except the first, erected on the land.
