10 horse power independent crank engine, with 19¾ inch cylinder, 2½ foot stroke, parallel motion, cast iron beam, cast iron connecting rod.Reverse longitudinal section of the engine house and boiler, cross-section of the boilers, plan of the engine house and boilers, cross-section of the engine house (4 drawings on 1 sheet). The drawings bear letter codes.
Original portfolio or 'Book' No. 640. Catalogue of Old Engines p. 242.
For Henry Batley. Engine used for grinding drugs and colours, Seward St., Goswell St., London.
