6. Rail or Tramroad in course of construction beginning near Towan Head in St. Columb Minor adj. Newquay Harbour, passing through St. Columb Minor, St. Columb Major and St. Dennis terminating near Gonnamaroes, St. Stephen-in-Brannel, and a branch line from Trencreek, St Columb Minor, through Newlyn to near East Wheal Rose mine
7. That part of the railroad which passes through lands in Roche
